![]() Perhaps I've just been lucky but i've bought and sold audio/music equipment for many, many years.new and om a varitey of businesses.before Reverb, I've never dealt with a company who seem purposely oblivious the the concept of customer service.ĭO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND DON'T DEAL WITH REVERB!!! ” I then reversed the charges with my bank.weeks later, I start getting emails from "Reverb support" essentially demanding that I order my bank to pay. with the seller makien no attempt to reply. I made several attempts to contact the seller through “Reverb’s” website. I replied to “Reverb” describing the problem again and was told to contact the seller directly. That same night I requested a refund through the “Reverb” customer service website and immediately received email from “Reverb” denying my refund request. This would have been obvious to the seller had he actually tried to record/play as was described in the his listing. It was obvious that the tape deck mechanism was NOT WORKING it would neither play tapes with existing content nor would it record new or playback new content. Once the order was delivered, I spent most of that day and evening attempting to play already recorded tapes and make new recordings. It did an excellent job at recording & playing back." I purchased the unit based on the seller's description of the it as a working machine. In the seller’s listing, it specifically stated that 'I.plugged a lo-z mic into the XLR inputs, set the record level at 4, started recording and proceeded to "sing" into the mic continuously. I Placed an order with “Reverb” for a Sony DAT recorder/player. “If you are thinking of dealine with Reverb think again and then DON'T! THey make no effort to verify the quality or condition of the equipment/products they sell and when the equipment proves defective they do absolutely nothing to correct the situation. A seller to me they fined him like a cop issuing a speeding without trial. Try making a local deal with a local seller to avoid the middle man, shipping fees, taxes. I have better shopping experiences shopping thru Aliexpress in China. Wait until you need to return and need a refund. The real bad news is all the gear I bought from communists there is no way to retrieve any proof and receipts of all my purchases throughout the years. \r\nReverb sends me an email say they are blocking me from phone support which they have none. \r\nTyler from was suppose to credit me 30.00 and rudely hung up on me. Then told they couldn't find them after being stroked around waiting for weeks. K&B offered to sell me the rack ears for an additional 30.00. Sold me a dbx unit with no rack ears that was not written in the description. One of my last purchases they protected the crooked seller K&B discount in Chicago IL. I was a buyer who has spent thousands of dollars. " are like Russian communists! They suspended my account with no specific reason.
